Need custom provisioning module - quick turnaround

Hi there;

I need someone that knows hes ways around WHMCS to write a custom provisioning module for me.
It will have basic operations:

- Create
- Update
- Terminate

The is available in both, json and xml and is well documented.
You may test the module on your own WHMCS installation. I will provide a demo account on the api.

I need this done ASAP.
