Need additional information and validation from user after purchase

Dear,

it is possible to sell services / product,
after end user pay services / product,

when they login again to whmcs,
there is a reminder to fill additional information and after it complete will do some validation/verification for the information
then after pass validation/verification run automatic provisioning for services?

if possible may i know how to make it ?
