Can WHMCS make the correct seting to new reseller account?

Hello

How to configure WHMCS for the reseller account is set up properly?

1) Restrict IPs NEWUSER can use for accounts. ( I dont find this option in WHMCS )

I want restrict IP to new reseller account.

2) Edit DNS Zone and Make the correct DNS configuration.

Automatically Add entry zone configuration in DNS ZONE

ns1.newuser.com ( and ip )
ns2.newuser.com ( and ip )
ns3.newuser.com ( and ip )
ns4.newuser.com ( and ip )


3) Allow 4 ns servers. I found only 2 nameservers configuration possible.
