I am good with recurring charges, but as a phone company we have incidental charges for our clients - our rating server rates and tabulates the Long Distance charges for our client base. Our rating server can generate a csv file or excel file with the client name, account number, and amount this list can be as long as 400 clients. Is there a way to upload this list and then have the system assign the individual Long Distance charges to the appropriate account in WHMCS or do we have to do this manually for each client?
