Email templates are listed multiple times

Hi,

We've been having this weird problem for a long time now. Most of our mail templates are listen multiple times. Many of the same templates are shown 2 times. If we edit one of the templates, the other template will be edited as well. What can cause this? We got rid of the problem once (I think), but now it's back...
