Error: Missing template file cartsummary.tpl?

I am using the modern theme, and see the following in my the admin console at http://localhost/~prhodes/whmcs/admi...ctivitylog.php
My cart page does not render.


Smarty Error: unable to read resource: "/Users/prhodes/Sites/whmcs/templates/orderforms/modern/cartsummary.tpl"

Is this a bug?
