Broken WHMCS after full upgrade.

Hi there!

I tried to do an upgrade to the latest WHMCS and I messed up where I placed the files and now I get

Down for Maintenance (Err 2)
An upgrade is currently in progress... Please come back soon...

Is there an easy fix?

My database is intact.
