Domain Registrars Issue - Cant Configure Heart Internet

Hi

I took over a hosting company that used to sell domain names but stopped. I would like to do this again but when I click on Domain Registrars and try to configure Heart Internet it will not do anything. Ive tried on various PC's and browsers to see if it was them but nothing. Ive managed to activate a couple of other options but I dont want to go with them..... I was just testing.

Is there any way to get around this or do I have to deactivate anything?

Im at a loss.

PS - If I turned off Tick to show domain registration options within each product. Would this allow me remove the current set up and add my own ?
