Template Customisation Problems

Hello, I am having errors copying my main sites code to my WHMCS install.

You can see that the whmcs has the black background and barely looks like the main site, how can I fix this?

PS: I know this may be in the wrong section, if it is in the wrong section please tell me or move it.
