Save the ticket reply from time to time.

Just like in vBulletin, when you're writing a reply to the thread, your reply is saved from seconds to seconds and in case anything goes wrong (browser crash, internet disconnect, surge etc) you still have the reply saved (draft).

I always find myself sending long support tickets replies, specially when people request quotes for my services and when I'm done with the reply or in the middle of it, I found that the internet is disconnected or browser crashed.

When I got back to the ticket, there is nothing from what I've written, but sometimes I see: This ticket has a reply being entered by someone else, etc etc
