Can anyone offer simple advice for enabling a working SMS notification to admin mobile for one support department (emergencies).
I know that I can set up email to SMS - unfortunately my mobile provider doesn't support that feature, but I do have a clickatell account - just need some current advice on how to set that up in submitticket.php
