Default theme nav bar background color?

Hi,
this has nothing to due with my last post.
how do i change the bg color of the top nav bar using default template 5.2.7

I tried looking in whmcs.css and bootstrap.css and cannot find it anywhere.
I went to bootstrap.css line 3559(.navbar-inner) and changed all the numbers around and nothing changes.
I attached a screenshot.

Any one know?
