How to use solely for Support?

I dont have a webhosting company ...

I just want to use this product for support of a digital plugin. I may have some addons that can be purchased but not at this point.

Can this tool be easily intsalled onto my Joomla site and the header/footer adjusted to suit?

Any tips on what i need to simply set this up to provide support and eventually the licensing tool.
