I'm seeing a problem using the API for support tickets. A ticket will be submitted from WHMCS, but the API call won't return that ticket in the record set for more than 15 minutes. Logging into WHMCS will show the ticket, but the ticket doesn't show up in the API call. This can be an issue where support ticket response is timely.
I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this, and if so could suggest a fix.
