Custom Sales TAX report

Hi,

I would like the following custom reports:

1. Sales Tax Liability paid by my Belgium customers.
2. Sales Tax Liability paid by my Dutch customers.
3. Sales Liability of my Belgium customers that didn't paid TAX.

The /modules/report/sales_tax_liability.php needs to be customized.

I'm willing to pay 100 euro for this customizing.
