Looking for some help in retrieving my license from the Client Area at WHMCS.
I've ordered an $18.95 per month no branding license, and after entering my details and paying via paypal I am now unable to access the client area. During the sign up process, I've received no e-mails from the WHCMS site, only a single-mail from Paypal confirming my payment. I suspect I may have entered my e-mail address incorrectly into the order form.
If I could get some help in gaining access to my license key and download of WHMCS it would be appreciated. As I'm now paying a monthly fee for something I currently can't use.
I've tried to e-mail the support e-mail address, but as my e-mail address is not valid, the support e-mail address will no accept my support requests.
