Client cannot select TLD´s

hello everyone

since i have installed WHMCS, i have tried everything to get the TLD´s activated, but nothing works.

i have created them in the domain pricing section, but when a client wants to check if a domain is available, the dropdown box seems empty.

maybe i do something wrong, but i dont know where to search anymore.
