Billable Items - taxes

Hi,

I know we can set a tax rule to tax billable items or not...

but was wondering if there was a way to choose to tax or not per billable item - similar to how invoices are created within the client profile.

Within my products/services - i have some items that should be taxed.

so when i want to add a billable item - i want to specify if that item should be taxed.

the "apply tax" checkbox within the products/services item seems to be ignored for billable items.

any help is appreciated.
