need to make a link on the domain transfer step

Hello,

I had to make a download link on the "domain configuration" when the customer want to transfer a domain name.

I installed this link without any problem in the configuredomains.tpl, but what i want is to have this link only when the customer have chosen to transfer a domain and just with some TLDs.

I can test the TLDs to put the link only with the chosen ones, but i couldn't know if the domains displayed are for registration or transfer.

can anyone help me ? :?:
