adding a page between product selection and passing parameters between steps

Hello,
we are developing an add-on that get variables/input from customer when he/she do choosing product/services. so we need to get several input from client. i search the sites and find nothing on this topic.
how can i add the page after product selection. and passing parameter between them.
any help will be appreciated
