Contract and billing period

I'd like to see in my system a contract period who can and will make this or is this an idea for the creators.
Then the next I have people who want to pay the bill in part there is a possibility to make this into whmcs funcieneel.
Than in connection with the contract period should I severals end date in my email templates have is this possible?
