Import users

Good Morning all,

Thanks in advance for reading this and attempting to help resolve this issue,

I am attempting to import my customers - however there are a couple of things that are concerning me;

1) cpanel auto amends my packages i.e.

Baby Package becomes username_Baby Package

is there a way around this so if i give people the URL to whcms so they can order etc it doesn't display the actual package name & displays it without the username?

2) I have replicated the name in WHCMS in order to actually get them imported yet it still fails saying ;

14 Failed (Due to Package Name Not Found in WHMCS)

I have a 'product' with the same name - does it need to be a group name which is the same or is product ok?
