Help Needed ... Automatic Set Up Failed

Hi

I have just tried to test my reseller account I am using Paypal as a payment option everything is fine until you click ok on order ... although it says everything has been completed ... it doesn't take the customer through to paypal to actually pay as per other websites...

If I then go into my back office it has registered the account but has it as pending ...

Any help gratefully recieved thanks
