As there are different admin roles that you can set up and assign people to, you may want people in one role to have access to client's notes but not necessarily all notes (usernames, passwords, other info that you keep about the client). It would be great to have, at the very least, two different note categories when you leave a note (private and public). Then, for example, if you have someone in your office calling up clients for accounts receivables they could leave notes about the call for their records while at the same time not having access to private notes. Some ability to control who sees what notes would be great.
