SolusVM question

Hi, I wanted to know if there is any plugin or addon to automatically suspend/reactivate overdue VPS packages wich are hosted inside a solusVM server.

WE DONT HAVE ROOT ACCESS TO SOLUSVM server, We only have a reseller user/pass and solus VM API access to each of that VPS.
