corrupt paypal file in gateways for 5.1.2?

For some reason I have had to revert back to the paypal file in version 5.0.3

If I use the 5.1.2 version, I get a 406 error on the client side and a blank white page in the admin area for payment gateways.

Anyone else come across this?
