My customers create tickets, and receive email notification of the tickets, but WHMCS doesn't display the tickets, even in the WHMCS admin panel, and the URL for the tickets that are sent to the customer go to a page which says: "An error occurred. The requested ticket could not be found."
Two days ago we moved our whmcs install onto a brand new dedicated server, and up until then, it was working fine with one email for all support departments, my techs will delete and leave just one support department and email to see I that is a issue but I really think it is a issue caused by our sever migration
Does someone know what could we causing this issue?
