iphone App Crashing [Solved]

Hello,

I tried to reply to earlier posts about this but the forum wouldn't let me because they are too old, but this is such a frustrating problem that I decided to create a new post.

The problem: iphone App crashes/closes when you try to connect.

My Solution: I created a new user in WHMCS and used that for the App.

I'm not sure what causes that bug but this simple fix got it working for me.
