Piped Spam

I am getting a lot of Spam just of late and am trying to stop at least some of it.
I have a Sales Ticket support option, with a Sales email address.
But the email address is getting spammed badly including email attachments, so some nasty stuff coming through.
How do I Stop the support ticket thing importing the emails, but clients can still use the sales option, from the website?

As per the picture below. Will the option Highlighted and ticked do the job correctly and or can someone explain that option. The explanation contradicts the Item description.
