Hi,
Hoping someone can help with this, I've been tearing my hair out all morning with it!
No matter what settings I make in the admin area, I don't seem to be able to get WHMCS to recognise any TLDs as valid. I have done a lot of googling and followed quite a few guides, but nothing seems to work - attempting to register a domain (through either the client or admin interfaces) gives an error (".COM is not a valid TLD. Please try again." in client, and "Invalid TLD/Registration Period Supplied for Domain Registration" in admin).
I have set up pricing as shown here:
admin_pricing_set_up.png
and the TLDs are showing up in the Bulk Check TLDs box in General->Domains, as shown here:
admin_tlds_show_in_bulk.png
but still I the system doesn't recognise any TLDs, and (perhaps tellingly?) the dropdown in this screen does not list any TLDs:
client_no_tlds.png
I've done everything else I could find in the various guides I've followed, but still no joy. Does anyone have any insight into what I've done wrong here?
Many thanks,
Ross
