Blank Page for Addon Modules Admin Page

Hello all,

We have a weird issue just started. When clicking on Setup > Addon Modules it just shows a blank page. We have not made any recent changes to addons or to WHMCS config apart from change some product names.

Just to note, every other page within WHMCS seems to work fine.

Anyone seen this one before?
