Domain Transfer Between Members

Hi,
I needed a addon.
I want to features:
- Members will be able to sell domains
- Members can buy domains on sale
- Price commission will be added automatically
- Send notification when payment is made
- Auction system
- Once paid, the account will be opened automatically on ResellerClub
- Payment will be made ​​via paypal to us
- PayPal commissions will be automatically added
