Can not download 5.2.17

Hello,

I am trying to upgrade from 5.2.17 to latest.
That's why i decided to download original 5.2.17 and compare it with my actual live site.
But i can not download full package of 5.2.17.

Btw, i can download 5.3.7 full package without a problem.

How can i solve this issue ?
