Free Domain Name Registration but not transfers.

I'd like to request an update to the system to distinguish between Free Domain Name Registrations and Free Domain Name Transfers.

-Domain registrations go through without a hitch almost every single time. When they don't, the fix is easy and requires almost no direct customer interaction. Free domain name registration works great.

-Transfers have a high failure rate for a variety of reasons. This results in some of the transfers being cancelled entirely or orders for the transfers being replaced at a later date.

-At the point that a transfer has been cancelled, when the customer wants to replace the order, I haven't found an easy way to make sure that comes in at no charge without having to dig into the Promo codes and make adjustments.

- If I simply add a credit to the account, there's no assurances that the customer will use that to transfer their domain name to us.

- Also, with the customer support involved, I'm not convinced that the transfer should be at no cost.

Ideally, we would have the option of making domain name registrations free, while charging our usual fee for transfers.
