get declared ns records from registry/provider on "register nameservers" page

Hello,

We need to display extra information as the already declared ns entries that exist on the domain registry on the page "clientarea.php?action=domainregisterns".

Users can add, change and remove the nameservers but they can not see what nameservers already exist. So an API call to the registry when displaying this page could display this information too.
