Idintify customer on pipe / pop emails

Regarding to: http://forum.whmcs.com/showthread.ph...ils-to-tickets
it's will be good to add the option to assign the tickets to customer by some short code
for example, customer send email to my email and not to the "support" email
I forward this email to "support" email with {{customerid=331}} or {{customeremail=customer@mail.com}}
and then this ticket is not assign to my email But to the client's account.
