Sync single domain data on demand or prior to renew (for Nominet)

When a customer transfers in a domain, the expiry is initially set to 00/00/0000.

Thanks to the recent changes to the domainsync, there is no way to guarantee that any particular domain will be synced in the next run, or even the next $n runs of the domainsync cron.

When you push a renew request to Nominet, it requires the current expiry date of the domain to be sent, otherwise the request will fail with the unhelpful "Syntax Error".

To that end, I'd like either (or both!):

* Push button on the domain page to sync the current domain record with data from the registrar
* Nominet registrar module to do an automatic sync before sending a renew request to ensure domain expiry etc is correct
