Contact of two Clients

Here is a tricky, but common situation:
A web developer (the is not necessarily a direct client), brings many clients to the hosting service, and they open accounts separately.
As a way to have the developer informed of things related to the hosting service (and with the client's consent of course), the developer is added as a contact for that client.


then, at a bright shiny day, the developer sends an email and a ticket is opened for him.
the ticket is set to.... the first (!?) client he is contact of... this of course is buggy...



The feature request here, would be to simply allow an existing client be set as another client's contact.
this way, in my example, the developer would be a client like everyone else (with or without services) and although this would not solve the problem of knowing to which actually client the developer is referring, but at least his tickets would be attached to his clients, and from there it'd be possible to see who is he a contact of...


(there might be a better solution, just couldn't think of any)
