When a support ticket comes in, it would be great if that ticket could be auto-assigned or auto-linked to an Organisation based on finding a match in the domain component of the "From" email address.
So if Microsoft is our client, and we know that microsoft.com is a domain name owned by Microsoft, then if an email comes in from bill@microsoft.com, then WHMCS should be smart enough to knows to link or associate that ticket with Microsoft the organisation.
