Updated Sync file for Register.com API

Hi,

I'm requesting to have sync file for register.com to be updated and fixed to work with the new updated Register.com API.
Since the old Sync file provided does no longer work as the Register.com API has been updated recently.

I hope devs can do these updates anytime sooner as we are using Register.com
