Portal Template CSS

Hi ;

i've changed my css style in portal template and ( float : left ) my "side_menu" and ( float : right ) my "content_left" which is much better for LTR Language , but i've one problem that i've capture screen shot from it and attached to this ticket , i want to re-position the "images/content_container_bg.gif" but i can not do this !!!! please see the attachments .
