Stats on tickets in WHMCS

Hi there

I am looking for an stat tool/addon for WHMCS, something that can give me an overview on tickets, how long have it taken to answer en ticket, how many tickets answered today etc. etc.

Anyone know if that is something out there ? Any adwise will be helpfull.

The stats direct in WHMCS is just not very good i think
