French credit card module paiment

Hi,

I really like whmcs, but i am surprised to not find any french or european module or gateway paiment...
Atos for exemple... this paiment is used by BNP, Société Générale, credit agricole... and more french banks...

Any body has developped this module ?
If not, any body can help us to make one ?
