User not permitted from this IP address - 4

Hello,

I sometimes get this error when trying to change things like nameservers and domain contact information form within the client area.

"User not permitted from this IP address - 4"

I'm not sure exactly what it means or how to fix this issue.

Can anyone shed some light?
