Domain Tab Problem

Hello Everyone,

I am sorry if i am posting in the wrong section. I am facing the serious issue from the last one hour i am trying to figure out how to resolve this issue. When i click on client name in the admin panel after enter in the client details i click on DOMAIN TAB i got the blank page. i don't know how to do resolve this issue. Second i tried on front end i log in as client and then i click on domain tab then i click on MANAGE DOMAIN button i got the same error which is blank page :( I have attach the picture please have a look it if you got some idea how to resolve this issue please let me know i am very tense.

I have seen this page http://docs.whmcs.com/Blank_Pages but i didn't get any support to resolve this issue.
