I have tried to search for a solution but all I find is people asking why this forum and your support takes forever to reply. Hopefully I have better luck because I am on a deadline to get this done.
I am testing the support ticket system and it takes an hour before a support message is sent. This is the case no matter if I am opening a support ticket or if an admin is replying to one. Not sure why it takes an hour before the message is sent since support is such an important function of hosting.
I have searched everywhere in the settings for some way to tell WHMCS how to handle these but there is nothing. I thought maybe it was handled by the cron job so I set that to refresh every minute but that did no good either. Any advice would be great...
