[Case #3671] [v5.2.13] Insert Predefined Reply in Admin Open Ticket not working

We have become aware of a functional regression in the security release for V5.2 published earlier today.

The issue manifests itself when creating a new support ticket via the Admin Area, resulting in an error message if the "Insert Predefined Reply" link is clicked. This issue does not affect any other predefined ticket actions.

This issue only affects 5.2.13. We know the importance of this feature, we are issuing a hot-fix patch to address it. Please see below for details.

Applying the Hot-Fix

To apply the fix, download the zip file from below and upload the file contained within it to the /admin/ folder of your WHMCS installation.
