My licence is from a reseller am i still able to submit support tickets?

i've been haveing issues with the comparison template and transfering domains after ordering hosting , i found a post on this forum with the same issue and they where told to submit a support ticket for the fix but i cant submit a support ticket cause i cant register without buying a licence.
