[API/Module] PhoenixNap SecuredCloud

Hello,

We are very interested into PhoenixNap's SecureCloud services (vmware based virtual machines).
As we are interested to resell their services , it would be great if we could automate it on WHMCS.

Therefor, I'm requesting whmcs module creation for their services.
