"Completed" product status

WHMCS does not offer an option for either custom product status or "Completed" product status. All statuses right now are recurring service based statuses, but for any one-off projects or products it's not possible to have it be completed in any way without setting it to "cancelled" or "deactivated".

Does anyone have a better solution for this? Or has an idea if it's possible to add new product status with an addon?

Hi, I'm thinking to lease a WHMCS license soon, however, I have some litte doubts about offering subdomains with a package:

- Is there any pre-setup I have to do to the domain I'm wanting to offer subdomains with? Like adding it to my cPanel or pointing it to my NS or installing some sort of thing in it?

- Is the creation of the subdomain automated or manual?

Hi all, please help. i need the domain expired date to send to epp mynic expired date. Please let me know how to get it in registrar modules.

Domain list sorting by custom field

Hi everyone!
Recenty I've added a new column 'Domain zone' to clientarea page with domain list.
Data for that column are filled by 'ClientAreaPage' hook and conists of the last part of domain name(com, net, org, etc).
I'd like to add the possibility to order the whole table with domains by this column, is there any ways to do that?

Orderform Template Issue

We have WHMCS 5.3.5 installed. We are facing following issues:


1. Orderform template is not changing even after selecting. It always shows 'boxes' order form template.
(We want to use the links to skip step 1.)


2. In the orderform, Package is not showing as title in shopping cart page.


Please anybody can suggest solution for this? It will be grateful

Всем привет!

Установил на попробовать whmcs c whmcs.com.ua с доп модулями. Стала задача принимать оплаты в разной валюте, как по инвойсу так и по LiqPay но и тот и тот платежный шлюз дает возможность сделать одну настройку соответственно одну валюту.

Подскажите пожалуйста возможно кто то решал этот же вопрос или готов решить мне. За деньги разумеется )

Again: SubDomain Issue

Hi all. I am testing WHMCS, especially the capability to create subdomains on a host.
Everything is going to plan so far, with the help of the Documentation of WHMCS.
One issue though: when I create an Order, I give up my SubDomain name. (example: TEST)
After completion of the order, I go to the Admin side, accept the order (which is pending) and the system creates (via DirectAdmin) a subdomain and an hosting account. BUT.............
It does not create the SubDomain TEST, but a SubDomain with the user name, automatically created by WHMCS out of the name of the customer..... :?:
Somebody know how to correct this? Thanks :idea:

We have been waiting over a month since we paid for website integration, we have submitted all the required fields as requested and 2 weeks ago when a rep did respond they said they needed the main page they needed to duplicate which we have given several times...:mad:

Our Ticket #NPU-498628 is still waiting in status and you can see only one reply from support the rest is from our department over the past few weeks.

If some one could reply from either sales or support to let us know the status of this order....

I only offer one hosting package with no configurable options and free domain registrations.

I would like to know how I can setup a form that submits the domain to the cart and automatically chooses the pid (i know this part) and also includes to set the domain (if available obviously) and set the register years to 1 then skip straight to checkout.

How might I do this?

How can I add 2 currencies on the invoice?

All prices are in EURO but on invoice we must have RON too.

Changing "Invoice Generation" days

Hi

I currently have invoices generating 7 days before the due date.

I'd like to change this to 14 days.

Does anyone know if, on the day I change the setting, the 'missing' days invoices will be generated?

EG it will generate the invoices for days 8,9,10,11,12,13 & 14.

Obviously the following day it will be back to just generating the invoices for 14 days time.

Hi All,

Possibly been asked about before, according to http://docs.whmcs.com/Plesk#Plesk_10.2F11 there is no support for plesk's statistics.

Any reason why not? and does the HOOKS api allow me to expand the existing functionality to support this?

I know Plesk extended exists, however as WHMCS supports plesk out of the box, I would like to use built in where possible.

Also to note, This is the feature request and a month ago there was an official response https://requests.whmcs.com/responses...esk-11-support

Email template, print if certain OS template is selected

Hello,

in product welcome email, i want to display speciffic information if client choose certain configurable option (OS template)

example he chooses one with Kloxo control panel so i want to send client speciffic info about Kloxo.

i tried:

{if $configurable_option eq "centos-5-x86_64-lamp-kloxo|centos-5-x86_64 - Linux Apache MySQL PHP + Kloxo"}Kloxo details{/if}

but this dont show anything, what is the proper IF code to use?
I see these config options are in mysql table tblproductconfigoptionssub , not in tblproductconfigoptions
